Emperia is the real estate development arm of Manjeri Group, a name that has been building across Mumbai and the MMR since the early 2000s. Seven projects completed and handed over. A portfolio that spans residential townships, premium apartments, and commercial developments across Navi Mumbai, Ghatkopar, Panvel, Dronagiri, Rasayani, and Gandhidham.

The group was built on a straightforward belief that the best thing a developer can do is deliver what they promised, in the location they chose for the right reasons, to a standard they'd be comfortable standing behind years later. That hasn't changed.

The Backbone

It started in Gujarat. Savjibhai Manjeri spent over two decades acquiring, managing, and building on land, developing a ground-level understanding of the real estate business that no classroom teaches.

Strong, direct, and deeply trusted by everyone who worked with him, he was the kind of leader people followed without being asked. In 2013, he relocated to Mumbai with his family to scale what he had built and began grooming the next generation to carry it forward.

Dhiraj grew up watching his father build and made a deliberate choice to take that foundation somewhere larger. Trained and mentored directly by Savjibhai, he gradually took charge of Emperia's operations.

Trained directly under Savjibhai's mentorship, he entered the Mumbai real estate market in 2013 and built Emperia into one of Navi Mumbai's most recognised developer names, but he didn't stop there.

What started as a real estate business became the foundation for something much larger. Under his leadership, Manjeri Group was established and expanded into sports, beverages, hospitality, mining, broadcasting, and clothing, with Education, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals on the horizon. Emperia remains the heart of it. Manjeri Group is the vision that it grew into.

With a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Ahmedabad and the distinction of clearing the Gujarat Public Service Commission, Kinjal brings a disciplined, analytical approach to everything she touches.

She is involved in the day-to-day operations of Emperia and Manjeri Group, streamlining processes, ensuring operational clarity, and serving as the internal anchor keeping the business running as it should.
